❋ The Ridge House Activity Center

Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day- the Ridge House offers access to owners and specified guests to all amenities. Annual Dues are $725/tax

Owners’ guests (outside of specified guests) will pay $10pp guest fee. Children 5 and under are free

  • Homes that are registered as vacation rentals add an additional fee of $400/tax annually. Please note- your rental guests will be required to pay a $10pp guest fee upon entry. Children 5 and under are free

❋ Utilities

Utilities include water and sewer are paid monthly to Evergreen Valley Utilities. Water is billed a flat rate of $40.96/monthly. Sewer will range from $48.94/$61.93 per month depending on location.

Garbage is a separate fee and an optional service. The current rate is $23/month billed annually. 

❋ Road Maintenance

Yearly snow removal and road maintenance fees are $ 250/tax billed annually
